PROJECT MANAGEMENT (COUPLE) – COSTA RICA

Crawford & Carruthers is searching for the right couple to manage an ultra-luxury, small property in Costa Rica.

PROPERTY MAIN ACTIVITIES – Owners visit 8 weeks per annum.

• Reforestation
• Rescue Center
• Fisheries Project
• Hospitality (on a small scale)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous management of private, luxury properties.
• Spanish & English written and spoken capabilities (at least one person).

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Human Resources & Administration.
• Hospitality;
• Purchasing.
• Budgeting & forecasting for multiple budgets.
• Building Maintenance.
• Construction & special projects.
• Community Representatives.
