About the role

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Group Director of HR
• Maldivian experience preferred.

Education:

  Executive Assistant Manager /Resort Manager – DOMINICA, CARIBBEAN

   

  Crawford & Carruthers is searching for a French Speaking Executive Assistant Manager with a strong background in F&B, for a property in Dominica in the Caribbean.

  Your 3 years’ experience as an EAM or Director of F&B of a 4* or 5* property will secure this position.

   

  PREREQUISITES:

   

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal required.
  • Must be a French Speaker.
  • Operational hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage Division.
  • Good understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Demonstrates aptitude in decision making, problem solving and reliable with an ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Able to maintain strong and successful relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellence in Team leadership.

   

  EDUCATION:

   3 Year Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.

   

  EXPERIENCE:

   With a minimum of 3 years experiences in a similar capacity/function in an international four or five-star hotel.

    

  SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management & Leadership of the Hotel, focusing on Rooms, Food & Beverage Departments, Engineering and Security.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans, controlling expenses and generating Revenue.

Crawford & Carruthers Inc. is searching for a Junior HR Office Assistant to work in the HR department of a 5* Luxury Private Estate in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

You will be mainly responsible for the capturing of data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and management purposes and will be working hand in hand with the Human Resource department.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in HR will be required.
• Experience is HR department and Payroll will be preferred.

Job Functions

• Preparation, compilation, sorting and capturing of data.
• Reporting: Timely collation and submission of reports.
• Responsible for capturing data and information related to staff members a customer's interactions with a company's website. This position will be responsible for logging staff data, tracking staff interactions, and recording staff feedback.
• Responsible for capturing and managing data from within a company. This person is responsible for ensuring that data is collected, organized, and stored in a way that is accessible and usable. This person is also responsible for ensuring that data is processed in a way that meets the needs of the company.
• They are responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date data is captured for all the projects they are assigned to.
• Responsible for the capture, management, analysis and reporting of data from a variety of sources. This may include data from physical or virtual systems, or from data sources managed by other applications or systems.
