Crawford & Carruthers is searching an F&B Manager in Kenya.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have Boutique Luxury Resort/Hotel experience;
- Must have solid knowledge of Boutique Luxury Resort Operations.
- Ensure Service Excellent achieved;
- Drive Guest Satisfaction;
- Innovative in creating new ideas to drive revenue & manage expenses;
- Team Management towards service excellence, including training opportunities & people development.
- Driving force in effective & harmonious F&B operations.
- Managing all aspect of the Food & Beverage operations;
- Strong knowledge of relevant leisure/HNWI segments;
- Passionate, creative and hands-on person with fine attention to detail.
- Able to influence, negotiate and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Able to set and achieve high standards.
- Great communicator with an outgoing personality
- Able to lead the F&B division through achieving Guest Satisfaction and GOP results of each area.
- Key Strategist able to develop & implement structure & practices to drive refined service levels & unique experience.
- Strong communication & influencing skills essential.
- Strong all-round technical & administrative skills required.
- A candidate with concept development background experience will be highly regarded.
- Able to lead, develop and motivate colleagues at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
