EXECUTIVE CHEF - Kenya
Crawford & Carruthers is searching for an Executive Chef with experience in Mediterranean Cuisine.
- Experience with mixed inventory properties, i.e. multiple F&B Outlets.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity at a 5-star boutique luxury property.
- Experience preferably on a remote Island location.
- Passionate, creative and hands-on Chef, with fine attention to detail.
- Set and achieve high standards.
- Great communicator with an outgoing personality;
- Comfortable in the front of house and well as skilled in the kitchen.
- Strong all round technical and administrative skills;
- Managing all aspects of the Culinary Department;
- Collaborate effectively with Food & Beverage Service Team;
- Manage suppliers
- A Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course from an accredited educational institution.
