Crawford & Carruthers Inc. is searching for a Junior HR Office Assistant to work in the HR department of a 5* Luxury Private Estate in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.


You will be mainly responsible for the capturing of data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and management purposes and will be working hand in hand with the Human Resource department.



Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in HR will be required.
  • Experience is HR department and Payroll will be preferred.


Job Functions

  • Preparation, compilation, sorting and capturing of data.
  • Reporting: Timely collation and submission of reports.
  • Responsible for capturing data and information related to staff members a customer's interactions with a company's website. This position will be responsible for logging staff data, tracking staff interactions, and recording staff feedback.
  • Responsible for capturing and managing data from within a company. This person is responsible for ensuring that data is collected, organized, and stored in a way that is accessible and usable. This person is also responsible for ensuring that data is processed in a way that meets the needs of the company.
  • They are responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date data is captured for all the projects they are assigned to.
  • Responsible for the capture, management, analysis and reporting of data from a variety of sources. This may include data from physical or virtual systems, or from data sources managed by other applications or systems.
