Crawford & Carruthers is searching for a either a single GM or a GM couple on the Kenyan Coast at a boutique beach resort
Minimum Requirements
- Stable working experience;
- Previous GM/GM Couple experience within the Safari Industry;
- English proficiency;
- Computer Proficiency;
- Staff management & Leadership Skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Guest relations and interaction with guests;
- Staff Management in an African culture;
- Marketing and Social Media Management;
- Relationship Management, i.e. Guests, National Parks, Tourism Authorities, Government & Staff;
- Staff Training & Development;
- Implement & manage systems and procedures.
- University degree essential
