GENERAL MANAGER - MALDIVES
Crawford & Carruthers is searching for a GM to run the day-to-day operations of a 5* Luxury Resort in the Maldives.
The perfect candidate should have 3 years’ experience in a large inventory multi restaurant resort properties and must have experience in managing large scale operations with 500 staff members and 700 guests.
Management of remote island property is essential and if you speak additional languages that would be favorable.
Candidates who are currently a GM are invited to apply.
- 3-5 years working in a leadership/management capacity, good business sense and the
ability to motivate and lead a team.

Excellent communication skills both orally and writing.
Good computer skills and familiar with software applications that are used within the industry.
Enthusiastic about their jobs and strive to do the best work possible reporting to Group General Manager
As Resort GM you are responsible for all day-to-day and operational aspects of the resort, leading dynamic team to maximize financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee development/satisfaction within established quality standards.
